The Association for Home Hospice Care of North Carolina (AHHC) is pleased to present the 2017 Home Care and Hospice Directory, a resource guide to in-home health, hospice and community-based care services in North Carolina. We hope that health care professionals, home hospice care providers, and consumers and their family members will find this tool to be beneficial.

AHHC’s mission is to provide our provider agency members with the Resources, Education, Advocacy and Leadership they need to provide the best and highest quality care to patients and their families.

A Brief History of Our Organization.

The Association for Home Hospice Care of North Carolina (AHHC) was established in 1972 as a nonprofit, health care trade association which represents over 750 leading providers of in-home services, as well as related organizations. The Association represents the collective interests of members by providing educational and idea sharing opportunities, publications and technical assistance, and advocacy to promote the advancement of in-home care.
